XitNotes Licensing
Single user and Multi user license packs are available.
Pricing is heavily discounted for multi user packs depending on the number of
users purchased as a pack (purchased at one time). Each
XitNotes license allows you to export a single users mailbox, calendar, tasks,
address book (contacts and groups) and archive. Although XitNotes is primarily
designed for a once off migration you may run an export more than once for the
licensed users data only. Please note a single license can not be used for
multiple users. It can not be uninstalled and used elsewhere for another user.
Please note some of the help may indicate a license is required for each
database. This is out of date and is no longer correct. You may export 1
mailbox, 1 address book and 1 archive but for a single user only with each
license. If you have additional archives that are your own (so have you email
address within them) we may be able to give you ability to export additional
archive within reason for no extra charge.
When you purchase you are issued a license key within a few minutes. This
license key allocates you one or more licenses depending on how many user
licenses you purchased. Our website keeps track of what is registered. |
